Terms of Service

The terms that apply when your company uses Errios, in plain language.

Last updated 4 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Errios, provided by Errios LLC ("Errios", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent ("you").

2. The service

Errios is a spend management platform. It connects to your business bank accounts with read-only access, or uses statements you upload, to consolidate spend across entities and currencies, detect subscriptions and renewals, track budgets and suggest savings.

Errios cannot make payments or move money from your accounts.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for everyone you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it.
  • You must have the authority to connect the bank accounts and upload the data you add to Errios.

4. Free trial, plans and billing

  • New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using Errios. Plan limits, such as vendor subscriptions, team members, bank connections and transaction history, are shown on our pricing page.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.
  • We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your data

You own the data you connect or upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Data Processing Agreement applies to any personal data in it.

You can export your data and close your account at any time.

6. Bank connections

Bank connections are provided by third-party regulated Open Banking providers and may be subject to their terms. Availability depends on your bank and the provider. Connections may need to be renewed periodically, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by banks or providers.

7. Insights and AI recommendations

Errios uses automated analysis, including AI, to categorise transactions and suggest savings. These are suggestions to help you review your spend. They may not always be complete or accurate, and they are not financial, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and records.

Currency conversions use published exchange rates and are for reporting purposes only.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Errios for anything unlawful, or to process data you have no right to use.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not resell the service or share accounts outside your company without our agreement.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Errios available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a significant feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

10. Intellectual property

Errios, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Errios and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after giving notice where reasonable.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
