How we protect your data
Read-only by design
No payment permissions of any kind. Errios sees transactions and balances, nothing more.
Regulated Open Banking
Bank access runs through a regulated PSD2 provider. Your bank login never touches Errios.
You stay in control
Revoke access from Errios or your bank whenever you like. Connections expire unless renewed.
Role-based access
Give each teammate only the entities, accounts and actions they need. On Business and Enterprise plans.
Entities kept separate
Each company's accounts stay separate, with group totals built on top.

You choose what to connect
Only the accounts you approve at your bank are shared with Errios.

You choose who sees it
Invite only the teammates who need access. On Business and Enterprise, decide which entities and accounts each one sees.

You can leave any time
Revoke connections and close your account. Your connected data is then deleted.
Questions
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers needed to run Errios, under data processing agreements. See our Privacy Policy.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We only use AI providers that do not train their models on your data.
What happens to my data if I leave?
When you close your account, we revoke your bank connections and delete your connected financial data within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
