Errios is offered on a subscription basis across multiple pricing tiers. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup. Trial periods, where offered, do not require a credit card unless stated otherwise.

By connecting a bank account, you authorize Errios and its banking data partners to access and retrieve account and transaction information for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for each connected account or entity.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to view, or interfering with the service's normal operation.

All content, branding, and technology associated with Errios remain the property of Errios LLC.

8. Disclaimers

Errios provides spend analytics and savings suggestions on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every AI-generated recommendation, and financial decisions based on the platform remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
